Kim E. Yamashita
With a Master's in Management and a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice, and as a graduate of the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Academy, Chief Kim Yamashita is considered a subject matter expert in the Field Training Officer (FTO) program by law enforcement agencies in Washington State. She has taught members of both the law enforcement and military communities for over 20 years, as well as developed curriculum for the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Academy. Chief Yamashita is the chief of police for the Sandy, Oregon Police Department, as well as a member-at-large on the board of directors for the Pacific NW chapter of the National Association of Field Training Officers.
Kelly M. Sharp
A Master's in Education, and Bachelor's in Communication, and 25 years of experience in employee training all provide Kelly Sharp with the knowledge and skills needed to be an expert in the field of adult education. Whether it is one-on-one coaching or seminar preparation and coordination, she has extensive understanding in how to best teach adults in the workplace. Ms. Sharp's comprehensive Program Development experience includes curriculum development, training program design, and survey design implementation.
